ENESTECH develops a B2B SaaS software for esports businesses with headquarters in Kyiv.

The core product is called SENET - a cloud based solution, management software for PC console-based gaming arenas. Senet is used by 1300+ gaming centers in over 57 countries worldwide.

Our solution helps automate the process, simplify accounting for finances, optimize staff time, establish communication with customers and increase profits. Our development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies and trends.

About the role:

During a few last years, we have shown great successes moving towards new markets. Now we are expanding and looking for one Referral Marketer Manager to our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

build and engage with local and global communities around our product brand;
raise awareness and drive relevant website traffic through referral channel;
рarticipate in blog creation and seed content on the web;
plan and implement referral partner engagement strategies;
ensure successful referral workflows between referral partners;
interact with other departments to communicate product value through referral sources (incl. keeping our social profiles up-to-date).

Requirements:

fluent level of English and Ukrainian/Russian;
understanding of digital marketing foundations and traffic acquisition channels, web analytics and key metrics;
proven creative writing and problem-solving skills;
demonstrated ability to develop and sustain customer or partner relationships;
understanding of SaaS funnel concept and cross-department processes;
experience in Sales/Business Development/Customer Success in IT would be a plus;
strong planning and prioritization skills (you leverage activities based on expected results, risks and resources needed);
great presentation skills - ability to present, summarize and report on your work.
