Head of Sales (offline)

Requirements:
β€” 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in IT field
β€” At least 3+ years of all experience as Head of Sales in B2B
β€” Experience as lead generator
β€” Successful background in B2B sales as Sales Closer
β€” Successful experience in the full sales cycle, from the generation of leads to the closing deals
β€” Achieving sales plans and increasing profits
β€” Successful experience in account development
β€” Experience with any CRM systems and tools for sales
β€” Extensive experience in building detailed ICP based on the company’s business model, lead qualifications
β€” Team management experience from 3-5 people sales and leadgenerators
β€” Metrics and performance skills for the sales department
β€” Team training skills
β€” Excellent leadership qualities
β€” The ability to make decisions in critical situations
β€” An advanced level of fluency in written and oral English

Responsibilities:
β€” Close deals and coach sales team to perform and achieve sales plans;
β€” Manage sales processes, generate new strategies for attracting clients and achieving sales plans;
β€” Optimize Sales funnel, optimize the CRM workflow basing on the best practices;
β€” Design and implement of sales scripts;
β€” Develop partner’s relations with clients and develop accounts;;
β€” Plan and manage sales pipeline;
β€” Upsell, cross-sell on the current accounts;
β€” With sales teamwork on crafting a unique value proposition, ICP-s, buying personas, customer journey map;
β€” Collaborate with the team on gaining the needed number of MQL-s across all sales channels in order to achieve monthly and quarterly goals;
β€” Analyze and increase conversion rate MQL -> SQL -> Closed deal;
β€” Setup the scalable process of the follow ups;
β€” Organization of sales at external conferences and events;
β€” Make sure all the Sales are achieving monthly and quarterly MRR and Gross Margin goals;
