Recruiter (offline)

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment;
• Experience in communication with Hiring Managers and customers;
• Experience with requirements gathering and creating job descriptions;
• Understanding of full cycle recruitment;
• Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level;
• Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Analytic thinking and good negotiation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).

Will be plus
• Experience in conducting HR interviews.

Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
• Recruitment database maintenance;
• Source candidates using different channels, networks, internal databases, internal and external referrals, etc;
• Communicate with customers and hiring managers to gather information needed to compose job descriptions;
• Provide a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates, evaluating skills level;
