Customer Support Representative (offline)

What you’ll do:

- Deliver a seamless client experience;
- Coordinate communication channels between families, providers, and Sprout staff;
- Conduct scheduling calls, pairing clients with clinical staff;
- Follow up with clients for document collection;
- Maintain the schedules of clinical providers to maximise coverage throughout a geographical region;

- Excellent communicator, both internally and with talking to clients when necessary;
- Hyper-Organized;
- Demonstrable ability to own a task and complete it with quality and excellence;
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a rapid growth environment;
- Strong technical skills — you leverage tech to increase efficiency, productivity and transparency;
- Experience in, knowledge of or interest in pediatrics, autism, behavioral health or similar field preferred;
