VoIP engineer with good skills in Asterisk , ChanSpy (offline)

We need an Asterisk & FreePBX developer with at least 5 years of experience. Experience with ChanSpy is preferred.
Developer will have to be able to do Asterisk/FreePBX's installations on Digital Ocean servers, maintain existing PHP code, modify code according to various needs.
This is at least a 6 months long part-time (about 10 hours per week) position.

Test: Using ChanSpy in Asterisk
We need to find a way for one super-user to be able to listen to conferences A and B at the same time but the conferences should not hear each other. (Most likely, can't use ConfBridge)

Cureent solution:
1. As soon as someone goes into Conference A, we have a dummy user connecting to the same conference. (The dummy user/channel is necessary in order to deal with multiple users coming and leaving the conference).
2. Using Chanspy, we listen to and clone the dummy user's channel.
3. We connect cloned channel to Conference C.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for Conference B.
