Senior Front End Engineer (offline)

We are looking for one developer with the following skills:

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of React.js and its core principle
- Experience using Redux state manager.
- Strong understanding of HTML/XHTML and CSS
- Strong understanding of Web-Browser Technologies & Performance
- Strong understanding of Functional Design Principles and how to apply them to react app
- TDD and continuous integration experience
- Experience with Git/Github

Will be a plus:
- Experience with highly scalable architectures (AWS, AWS Lamda)
- Knowledge and experience Node.js/PostgreSQL experience, particularly Express.js
- Thorough understanding of best practices for building modern web applications
- Can lead and take ownership of new projects and see them through
- Knowledge of software architecture design and best practices
- BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience

- Write a professional, performant, high-quality code that will support a rapidly scaling business
- Maintain and instill high standards for code quality, application performance, and stability
- Collaborate with the Product team to understand our users and their needs
- Ask the right questions and think deeply about building solutions that support both our short-term and long-term goals

About the project:
Rhino has plans to be “the Uber” of the concert labor industry but needs to clean up and scale up their technology offerings. Currently are creating the new version of application from scratch using React.js on the front end and Node.js/Postgres on the backend, running on AWS Lambda. This application will allow our customers, suppliers and contractors to efficiently plan, manage and execute their event staging plans.
