Senior Automation QA Engineer (offline)

Required Skills and Knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience with manual and automation (Java) testing
- Excellent SQL knowledge. Ability to write complex SQL queries. Compare result sets.
- Good knowledge in API testing. Automated API testing
- Quick learning capability of environment and new tools
- Enthusiastic to learn new tools and technologies
- Think creative, smart and come up with new ideas to improvise the testing process
- Adapt to changing environment and system requirements
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of distributed systems architecture
- Capable of manual testing and has an eye to catch defects from cosmetic to complex nature
- Develop automation scripts
- Develop scripts to test API
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Support in test execution planning and reporting

Nice to have:
- Amazon AWS (basic understanding)
- Docker
- TestContainers
- Serenity
- Selenoid
- Jenkins pipelines

Tool knowledge requirement:
- Jira
- Test Management tools(TestRail or others)

Responsibilities:
QA Test Engineer will be responsible for the several activities of software testing — analyzing requirements, writing test cases, execution of test cases, development of automation scripts for API level, analyzing and comparing data in multiple databases. Person should be capable of keeping up with aggressive timelines and close follow up on the issues and attention to the details.
