BigData Java Developer (offline)

Founded in 2006, P-product is an international US-based software development company proficient in Web, mobile, and desktop development and support, as well as having extensive expertise in digital signal processors (DSPs).

We are now looking for a Java developer to join our Kharkiv RnD center with a unique family-like atmosphere and sophisticated projects.

Requirements:

JAVA guru with 5+ years of experience
Hands-on proven experience in building enterprise solutions with middleware, Big Data tools, and frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Cassandra and NoSQL
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
Hands-on coding/scripting experience: Python
Degree in computer science or engineering

As a plus:

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices in general
Python hands/on coding/scripting experience
Experience with Cloud-Native and Cloud Data Services such as AWS S3, Redshift, and DynamoDB
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases

Responsibilities:

Build applications using cutting-edge technologies
Work directly with product management on requirements and priorities for customers and prospects
Evaluate new technologies for integration into the platform’s core, to enrich the ecosystem of the product
Mentor the professional services group and the developer advocates with new technologies and architectural matters
Write code examples and PoC to demonstrate capabilities and features
