solutions
— Must have thick skin to sometimes endure impatient customers while assisting them in solving their
problems

— Strong understanding of video content creation and live production
— Experience with MacOS and iOS troubleshooting
— Experience with and a strong understanding of IP Networking
— Excellent English comprehension, writing and speaking skills
— Must have a strong and stable Internet connection

О работе:
— Will be responsible to field and respond to customer support issues that come in via various channels
including social, website, chat, and others.
— Will be responsible to use and contribute to the company’s knowledgebase, customer service tool,
chatbot system and bug reporting tool to publish new content to these systems as they arise.
— When required, you will collaborate with the engineering team to solve more complex issues, on behalf of
our customers.
