Customer Care Specialist (offline)

Raviga Group is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to deal with queries, by phone, email and live chat.
As a start-up company, you will work closely with everyone. Including the customer service team, the founder and the engineering team. As part of the team, you will have a voice in the direction of the company.
Raviga manages two software products to similar marketplaces, class-based companies. Such as Swim, Dance, Gymnastics and Tennis schools. The software includes administration software, built entirely in-house and used globally and our event ticketing platform.

We are looking to expand and are seeking a English speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team. Tasks will include;
Dealing with email queries (English)
Dealing with live chat queries (English)
Dealing with phone queries (English)
Live product demos (1-2-1 walkthrough via web meetings)
Help with international marketing communication
