Required skills

2+ years experience in IT recruitment
Good knowledge of Dnipro, Kyiv IT market and its main players, Industry Salary Ranges and Market trends
Good Networking skills
Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
Practical experience with candidate assessment using various interviewing strategies
Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking)
A sense of humor — must have
Spoken English (Intermediate+)

Responsibilities

Analyze the requirements together with the TL and Recruitment Lead
Publish and advertise vacancies
Search, screen and attract candidates
Conduct internal interviews
Communicate with candidates (both active and passive, we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
Work on a day-to-day basis with our Team Leads and interviewers
Maintain our candidate database
Monitor job market
Provide analytics and statistics on requests
