Delivery Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
- Higher education in Finance, Analysis or similar areas
- Excellent spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian language skills
- Excellent PC skills (Advanced Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in working with different ERP and CRM systems
- Ability to learn and understand different delivery related processes and SLAs
- Ability to cope with different challenges
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Statistics reports preparation using different ERP and CRM systems
- Financial reports preparation
- Reports analysis and segregation based on different criteria
- Summary presentations preparation for executive review
- Tracking and enforcing actions needed to comply with delivery processes SLAs
- Providing general administrative support to the Development Operations Team
