Business Analyst for relocation (offline)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Business Analyst who is willing to relocate to Luxembourg and work onsite for our amazing client SLG – a leading player in mobility in the Luxembourg market and internationally. Mobility is a "megatrend" and SLG provides the services to support Sales-Lentz as a specialist for mobility solutions and travel in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Responsibilities:
● Interact with the Product Owner, team and other stakeholders, evolving into a Product Owner yourself;
● Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation and validation;
● Customer business process and initial documentation analysis;
● Conduct meetings, presentations and demos;
● Participate in backlog grooming, defining and approving upcoming release scope;
● Prioritize features, work on roadmap;
● Manage change requests;
● Support development team in clarifications of requirements;
● Perform acceptance testing and validation, request data patches if necessary;
● Create various artifacts, such as SRSs, minimal schema and configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials and release notes;
● Maintain actual products and projects documentation, update Wiki;
● Mentor and support other Business Analysts on the team;

Requirements:
● 2+ years in BA activities;
● Previous experience consisted of at least 75% of time in BA role, execute tasks in the knowledge areas:
● BA planning and monitoring,
● Elicitation and collaboration,
● Requirements life cycle management,
● Requirements analysis and design definition;
● Practical experience in applying of key BA technics,
● Use cases,
● User stories,
● Root cause analysis,
● Prototyping,
● Prioritization,
● Mind mapping,
● Functional decomposition,
● Items tracking,
● Risk management,
● Estimation,
● Decision analysis,etc.
● Practical experience with tools used for BA activities and teamwork (Azure DevOps, Confluence, modeling and prototyping tools, tracking systems, communication tools, etc.);
● Practical experience as BA in formal and Agile SDLC;
● Strong English (both written and verbal), fluent in French is a must;
● Excellent soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.);
● Ability to handle multi-threading activities;
