Requirements:
* At least 5 years of successful experience in the digital marketing sphere that can be confirmed by certain results: audience growth, conversions increase, or similar.
* At least 3 years in successful B2B marketing with proven experience in creating and managing successful marketing strategy in B2B;
* Degree or professional certification in Marketing or Digital marketing;
* Deep expertise in one or more marketing channel;
* Practical experience in creation and optimisation of a marketing funnel;
* Practical experience in calculating of ROMI, CAC, LTV, CPL, CRO for each campaign
* Strong analytical skills with using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Albacross, Hotjar and/or others;
* Practical experience in outreach campaigns using automation tools;
* Strong management, planning, organisational and analytical skills;
* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team;
* Get things done attitude;
* Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility;
* Fluent written and spoken English;
Can be a plus:
* Previous experience as CMO/Head of Marketing/Head of Digital;
* Previous experience as Sales/Business Development manager;
* Previous experience in SMM on Linkedin;
* CRM certification;
Responsibilities:
* Creating and executing marketing strategy to identify markets and opportunities for Riseapps to garner company leads, sales and business development. Implement GTM(Go-to-market) strategy of company services;
* Identify the target clients by making SWOT analysis, creating unique value proposition, ICP-s, buying personas, customer journey map;
* Basing on the created ICPs generate leads with needed number of MQL-s across all sales channels in order to achieve monthly and quarterly goals;
* Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from creation to execution through inbound and outbound;
* Analyse and improve performance of all digital campaigns (calculate and improve ROI, CAC, LTV, CPL, CRO) through all traffic channels used to attract customers. Analyse the effectiveness of all marketing efforts & report on return on investment;
* CRM, manage the customer journey by targeting specific customer segments with individualised marketing actions using multichannel marketing;
* Analyse the key figures of the sales funnel and optimise them;
* Create new marketing hypotheses and experiment with finding new cost effective marketing campaigns;
* Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of digital experts to drive inbound marketing including web optimisation, SEO, display, paid search, content syndication, email marketing, webinars, video, social media, events and more.
* Effectively manage budget, external agencies, and service providers, hire new team members, evaluate performance and KPI of the team members;
