Technical writer and content expert (offline)

Requirements: 
+ excellent writing and editing skills in English
+ at least 1,5 years of experience writing user guides or technical documentation
+ experience in working with enterprise business systems WMS, ERP, CRM, XRM)
+ strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
+ should look forward to working in an international environment with people of different backgrounds
+ should be able to travel internationally
+ ideally has experience in working with IBM Connections and Atlassian Confluence
+ knowing the HTML, Flash/SVG, Photo/Vector editors, PowerPoint will be a benefit
+ knowing JDA WMS will be a significant benefit

What will be your tasks?
+ writing easy-to-follow reference material in plain English: online help, implementation guides, work instructions, tutorials and computer-based courses
+ taking ownership of projects, and investigating missing or unclear information
+ analyzing existing and potential content
+ delivering high-quality documentation with attention to detail
+ grasping complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures, anticipating the reader's knowledge gaps
