Middle Node.js Developer (offline)

We require:
— 2+ year of commercial experience with Node.js;
— Experience with ES2015;
— Experience with serverless and SPA applications;
— Work experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL;
— High level of self-organization and time management skills;
— Outstanding communication skills;
— Being a proactive and result oriented person;
— Basic knowledge of software development methodologies: Scrum/LeanStartup;
— At least an Intermediate level of English (written & spoken).

As a plus

— Knowledge of React.JS;
— Startup background;
— REST API;
— Experience with AWS.

— Designing, building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Backend modules and code;
— Cooperation with frontend and backend software developers and designing API;
— Establishing a deployment process;

Project description

We are looking for developers in our company. There are a few projects you may be part of:

1. iViche is a Ukrainian startup that is aimed to be a game-changer in public opinion polling. It fully backed with investments and ready to break the e-voting wall in Ukraine and abroad. Around the world, organizations are experimenting with new modes of direct democracy made possible by the internet. Our goal is to bring democracy as close to people, as it has never been before.

2. The main idea of the project is to convert people’s routine work into a funny game; provide valuable rewards for high productivity and getting in-house certificates; provide instruments and motivate people to do self-education. The project is a cool startup from the USA. It is planned to be developed from scratch, using top-notch technologies at AWS: Serverless and SPA.
