SDRs Team Lead (offline)

INFUSEmedia grows and expands rapidly and now we have an opportunity for the remote Team Lead for one of our SDR teams.
INFUSEmedia is an exciting company where you will learn to be a world-class sales professional - we are expanding our sales team to fuel our growth.
Responsibilities Of The Role Include
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals in CRM for SDRs.
- Help to analyze patterns in data (conversion metrics, qualified opportunities vs activity numbers, scheduled vs completed) and make recommendations to leadership
- Extreme focus on ensuring team drives qualified sales meetings that become opportunities
- Assist in Hiring, Interviewing, Onboarding and Training new SDRs in order to build a world-class sales team
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years in a relevant position
- Good written English
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Detail orientation in writing and presentation
- A positive and professional presence
- A-player with an intrinsic drive to succeed and win
- A self-starter mindset with a desire to win and continually exceed measurable objectives
- Team-oriented, collaborative nature and a “do your job” philosophy
- Proven success as a sales professional with an ability to lead the team
- Analytical, data-driven thinker and methodical/process-driven in your sales approach
- Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of B2B Sales specific

Job location options: remotely from home
Schedule 8 working hours plus 30 min break.
