Lead QA Automation Engineer (offline)

In the era of claudization, when attitude to personal information become sensitive more and more, new generation of communication moves to 5G and IoT gaining significantly, Enterprise private clouds are playing the game.

Our client is world-leading provider of telecom equipment, solutions and services to mobile and fixed network operators and telecom providers all over the world.

We are developing Enterprise Cloud Orchestratration product, focused on Digital services in telco area.

Requirements
BA, MS degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
5+ years overall commercial experience in software quality assurance/testing/test automation
4+ years of experience in testing and test automation with the use of Java
Experience in leading the team and work with distributed locations.
Understanding of different testing types, levels, and technics
Understanding of best practices in software development (version control systems, code reviews, continuous integration, etc.)
Upper-intermediate and above English (read / write / speak) for daily communication with the clients’ team leads and subject matter experts
Understanding of Agile or iterative development lifecycles
Understanding of performance, reliability, failover, high availability aspects of the system
Understanding of the IP networking, virtualization and data centers’ architecture
Practical experience with Java Core / JUnit / SOAP or REST is a plus
Maven / Jenkins / Git / Gerrit / Eclipse experience is a plus
Unix-like systems shell commands and scripting experience is a plus

Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead testing team(s) in several locations to fulfill Customer Quality requirements
Look forward to improvements in Testing processes over functional and non-functional aspects of testing.
Review of testing strategies and requirements.
Development and facilitation of test frameworks improvements/changes to support product evolution to microservices.
