Scrum Master/C++ Developer (offline)

Project Description:
For the ongoing project we seeking for a person who will join a core delivery team inside Luxoft Automotive Division to develop the new generation in-car infotainment product. This product is focused on the development and delivery for headunit and instrument cluster systems. For being able to fulfill the customer expectations we need additional experienced ScrumMaster/C++ developer who will join our team.

Help the team to develop an agile mindset, to live and work according the agile values and priciples. Help the team members to be able to make a fair commitment, with a decent challenge but without over-commiting themselves to what they can achieve in a sprint without cutting quality corners. help external stakeholders to understand the consequences of unplanned interrupts to the team to avoid productivity losses.

Lead team surveys to find out the team's status and well being.
Escalate issues or dependencies that need to be resolved together with other teams to get rid of impediments that prevents the team from working efficiently. Typically this is done via Scrum of

Work inside an intercultural team of many layers and competencies around software engineer, Architecture and development. The team is extended by Quality Engineering, Testing, Technical writers, Product Management.
The work is to implement and design system and HMI components (according to roadmap planning and customer needs), analyze customer specifications, implementating of system and HMI features for different applications.
Mandatory Skills:
3+ years of experience with C++
Python - regular level and desire to improve it further
Experience with writing of stable, clean code
Experience with projects evaluation
Ability to quickly navigate in "third party" code to find potential problems and solutions
Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills
OOP/OOAD
Git workflow
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environment
Familiarity with Linux systems

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification
Agile development principles
Scrum experience
Agile planning using Atlassian JIRA
Challenges and constraints within automotive domain Scaling agile development into larger organisations.
Excellent English proficiency; German proficiency is a plus
Excellent analytical skills and an independent, structured and target-oriented approach to work
Personal initiative, commitment and resilience
Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
