Sales Representative for a Tech Agency (offline)

Artecha is looking for a Sales specialist to look after the business development activities in Europe.

The responsibilities will be the following:
- Lead generation by initiating interests or enquiries from potential clients. Leads will come from the activities carried out by the sales on the various channel including social media, networking, calls and emails
- Nurturing the new and existing network of leads with the relevant marketing mix
- Converting warm leads into opportunities/contracts whenever applicable
- Participating to tech events and webinars (remote) to increase Artecha network
- Identifying new targeted contacts, new market trends and alternative channels (e.g. Clutch, Upwork) where the Artecha brand can be promoted
- Helping with the Social Media activities

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent communicator, fluency in English. German or Italian as optional
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales as lead generation a must
- Experience in tech and/or design highly preferable
- Self-Starter capable of working independently
- Result oriented and eager to overperform

As a plus the candidate will have expertise in marketing and copyrighting.

The agency is still quite young and small in size so it is definitely a good moment to join and help driving an organic expansion across the key European markets.

The retribution will have a base plus bonus. In the due term the successful candidate will work remotely from a designated working space.
