Project Manager (offline)

Requirement:
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• PMP certification would be a big plus but still optional
• PMBoK high-level knowledge is a must
• Software engineering background
• Experience in pre-sales
• QA experience is a plus
• Wide variety of methodologies knowledge and understanding of their purpose
• English - Upper-intermediate
Duties:
• Manage outsourcing projects
• Managing 1-4 projects, depending on size and stage
• Improve and maintain processes
• To grow to Delivery Manager or Head of PMO position.
• Support software development on its full cycle.
• Resources planning, Operations management
• Be careful to details, but stay high-level
• Direct, fluent and friendly communication with our
Customers.
• Result-driven behavior
