We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Managing the sales processes of delivery logistics platform
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to ensure customer`s growth and presence on the market
Build and promote new customer relationships and maintain existing ones
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs, travel to the customers` site (might be required), new lead generation etc.
Preparation of contracts, acts, invoices and control customer's payments

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager (2 - 5 years), preferably for B2B enterprise software solutions
Experience in SaaS solutions preferable
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Russian and Ukrainian)
Advanced PC and office suite user, with experience in creating specialized presentations on products and services, as well as other marketing materials
Personal skills: reliable, independent, service oriented, negotiative, accurate and consistent, problem solving abilities
