Ты умеешь находить общий язык с различными типами людей;
Способен слышать собеседника/клиента, желаешь разбираться и выявлять его потребности;
По характеру ты исследователь. Знакомясь с существующей информацией, ты ищешь недостающее, пытаешься понять — предоставленная информация это целое или часть чего-то большего;
В поиске и выборе решений ты гибок и рационален;
Готов и не боишься нести ответственность за решения.

Обязательно:
Английский — разговорный и письменный не ниже Upper-intermediate, желательно Advanced.

Желательно:
Опыт работы в IT (понимание жизненного цикла разработки).

Чем предстоит заниматься?
Встречать клиентов приходящих через сайт компании;
Изучая запросы, выяснять и уточнять потребность клиентов;
Вместе с PM’s и командами находить варианты решения потребности клиента.
