Senior Java Software Engineer/DevOps (offline)

Requirements:

5-7+ years of experience in software development;
Experience in development large scale platforms or products;
Strong experience in complex CI/CD flows;
3+ years of development experience in JVM ecosystem (Java, Kotlin, Scala);
Experience with JVM build systems (Gradle, Maven, Groovy);
Expert in git;
Familiar with cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) environments and automation;
Rich experience with containers ecosystem (Docker, Docker Compose, K8S)
Deep understanding of best practices in scalable server-side architecture;
Positive, can do approach. Out of the box thinking and strong problem solving skills;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with technical personnel;
Self-motivated, proactive approach and ability to work well with little direct supervision;
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities;
True team player;
Advanced knowledge of English.

As a plus

Familiar with Node.js ecosystem;
Familiar with various CI/CD solutions (circle.ci, travis, drone.io);
Familiar with configuration management tools (terraform, puppet, ansible..)

Responsibilities

Constantly improve logz.io engineers development and CI experience;
Develop CI/CD flows;
Maintain CI/CD tools (internal and open source);
Improve logz.io base code to support CI/CD solutions.
