Delivery / Technical Account Manager (offline)

Global Talent is now opening a Delivery Manager position for a highly skilled, technology-savvy and client-oriented professional in order to bring in solid technology expertise. If you have hands-on engineering background and experience in technical account management, technical pre-sales, solution consultancy for international clients or similar fields, and are motivated to contribute to the success of our R&D teams in Ukraine, we would love to meet you!

We are also open to considering smb on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week), depending on the expertise, however full-time workload would be preferred.


Requirements:
— A good understanding of modern software technologies and solutions
— Technical background and previous hands-on experience in software engineering or QA, or related field is required
— At least 3 years of experience in delivery management, technical account management, technical pre-sales, solution consultancy, technical product management or similar roles
— Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation, communication, negotiation, client relationship & engagement
— An inquisitive mind, solid analytical skills and ability to translate customer needs into business solutions
— Strong project management skills, well-organized and structured approach to handling operations
— Problem solver, ownership approach
— Fluency in English, both written and spoken


Responsibilities:
— Build good and trustworthy relationships with our clients and partners (both extended team and project team)
— Be a reliable advisor to our clients, participate in technical solutions design and consulting, taking into account each client’s product value, business objectives, and technology requirements
— Participate in pre-sale calls with prospects together with the business development team as needed
— Define and communicate on project scope, timelines, execute accordingly
