Project Manager/Scrum Master (offline)

We are looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master who will join our fast-growing team in Kyiv, Ukraine and help us achieve big results in a wonderfully coordinated fashion. You will be a part of the Web Products Development team.

You’re:
You know how to motivate the team and meet deadlines
You can create a smooth workflow and manage people to be not overloaded
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and chaos
You have got direct experience using Agile methodologies for managing projects and coaching teams.
You know the best practices of different agile methodologies, but you are not set on one, you can apply the best practices in a startup, async environment.
You get things done.


Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience in JIRA, Confluence
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
High attention to detail and a keen appreciation for written and numerical accuracy

Responsibilities
Analyze, plan and develop requirements and in reference to scheduled projects
Gathering business requirements from the stakeholders and the Head of Product Management
Daily syncs with the development teams and PMs to develop estimates, statements of work, and detailed project plans and delivery timelines.
Breaking down the needs, split them up to well-described user stories and tasks
Taking care of JIRA and Confluence
Making sure that the development process is going own seamlessly, removing potential blockers
Improving product management processes in the company
Familiar with MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and data files transforming and processing
Practical knowledge about CI/CD, specifically in the PHP and JS stack
