Head of Corporate IT (offline)

Here at Perfectial, we are looking for a highly-skilled professional with a profound background in the corporate IS/IT management and previous experience as a Head of IT Department / Head of Corporate Information Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the company’s general IT strategy and leading initiatives for constant business improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements:
The successful candidate should demonstrate a profound knowledge of:
Corporate information systems deployment and elaboration in IT companies as a mandatory requirement
Knowledge of any of common cloud ERP/HRM/Financial system i.e. Oracle NetSuite / MS Dynamics / WorkDay / Success Factors / Odoo, etc;
Common business processes of IT outsourcing companies and their automation/optimization
Corporate system enhancements for high-quality business processes, policies and infrastructure
Requirements management (elicitation, stakeholders management, scope prioritization, estimation)
Team management (ability to lead a team up to 10 people, mentoring, short- and long-term planning)
Higher education in computer science, computer engineering, applied math, or other engineering areas
Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems
Experience with JIRA, MS Sharepoint and Office 365 products suite
Experience in budgeting processes
English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Business communication and presentation skills
Technical understanding of current security trends and solutions
Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
