Quality Assurance Manager (offline)

Required Skills:
At least 7 years of experience in QA activities;
At least 4 years of experience in employee management;
Deep domain expertise in testing technology and processes;
Hands-on experience with testing methodologies and tools, both manual and automation;
Applied Experience in testing strategy transformation in order to reduce time to market;
A strong understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies including web applications development practices;
Hands-on experience with writing test plans, test strategies, work procedures, user guides etc.;
Excellent at VSO or JIRA;

As a Plus:
Nice-to-have experience in working with people in different locations/cultures;
Nice-to-have experience of defining and managing test team KPIs;

Responsibilities:
Define and monitor testing procedures and practices at LeadsMarket;
Design, implement and maintain QA processes;
Manage all of dedicated component QA teams and service integration/automation team;
Lead and supervise our releases by Stage to Prod incremental regression steps;
Identify, prioritize, communicate and resolve business incidents according to internal SLA;
Review and present different types of QA reports to stakeholders in a few different locations: Ukraine and USA;
Participate in the performance review process and assist in the implementation of QA metrics for KPIs;
Participate in the interviews for newcomers;
