Middle Business Analyst (offline)

You would be working in a small team in our Lviv office, where you can make a huge impact and work with great team members.

Required Qualifications:
— At least 2 year of experience in Business Analysis on Web and Mobile projects
— Expirience with networking project will be a huge plus
— Technical background will be a huge plus
— Advanced English
Experience working with Azure DevOps/JIRA to properly define User Stoies with clearly defined Acceptance Criteria
— Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
— Expirience with muck up tool like balsamiq
— Analytical capabilities
— Great facilitator and listener skills
— Experience with networking project and ability to share personal insights on the product

Responsibilities:
— Analyzes, maintains, and makes improvements to the business and system processes
— Assists department users in understanding software requirements by creating diagrams and supporting documentation as needed
— Actively collaborate with Client/Stackholders to understand business needs and elaborate them into details features and user stories
— Share the organization’s vision, answer the team’s questions and listen to suggestions about adding, deleting, changing, or improving the user’s goal
— Establish meaningful traceability between related requirements
— Utilize analysis skills to transform a concept or problem into an actionable request; define project need/ scope, benefits, constraints or dependencies, stakeholder assessment
— Assist the Project Manager to create the project tasks, tickets
— Documenting Requirements and Business Rules
— Document and transfer knowledge, providing clarity/suggestions to the Technology team during the development stage of a project to meet the client’s business needs
