Support Specialist (offline)

Project Overview:

Our Client is a government-owned company operating under the Ministry of Health and working as a key enabler of E-Health innovation in Saudi Arabia. Their objectives are to contribute to transforming the Saudi health ecosystem and elevating the services of the Health Sector by launching sustainable products and activating partnerships between the public and private sectors.

We are looking for Support Specialist who be responsible for:
- Support 24/7 (on- call);
- Infrastructure and applications monitoring;
- Troubleshooting, environment fixing and issues registration;
- Communication with customer's tech department.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Support specialt role Administration of Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS);
- Docker knowledge;
- Understanding of CI/CD process and implementation experience;
- Experience with Git SQL database administration (PostgreSQL preferably);
- Experience in configuration web-servers (Nginx);
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana);
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes (workers, pods etc);
- Basic knowledge of network protocols and configuration VPC English.
