Data Engineer (offline)

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in large scale data warehousing projects
Expert knowledge in SQL indexing and query optimization.
Deep knowledge of cloud-based Data Warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift,etc.)
Able to work with command line tools and scripts
Very attentive to details and thorough
Able to write clear technical documentation

Pluses:

Prior experience with database benchmarking tools and methodologies (especially TCP-H) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Building and executing detailed and documented database benchmark pipelines that includes:
Generating benchmark data set
Setting up and optimizing different cloud warehouses
Loading data into the warehouses
Running benchmark queries
Generating and collecting results
Writing complete technical documentation that described the details of the benchmarking process.
