Technical Writer (offline)

Required skills
- 2+ years of experience as a technical writer (with at least 1 year working in IT);
- Perfect information decomposition skills and ability to structure information;
- Flawless written English and love for beautifully-written texts. Master's degree in English is preferred;
- Understanding of technical regulation and ISO standards;
- Experience in preparing documentation for technical certification;
- Strong proofreading and editing skills;
- Understanding of main documentation design standards (Microsoft Manual of Style).

As a plus
- Experience in training technical and administrative staff will be a plus

Responsibilities
- Together with the Product team refresh and improve a documentation framework for MaxBill materials in a way that corresponds to the requirements set by our company;
- Maintain existing documentation by updating and improving both the content and the look;
- Plan, create, write, edit and review with stakeholders all operational, instructional, maintenance or training documentation;
- Collect, understand and document information that will be communicated to our clients or internally;
- Creating presentations and recording video guides.
