Senior IT projects Sales Manager (offline)

Required skills
• Advanced English level (C1)
• Experience with the IT projects development sales at least 5 years
• Deep understanding of product development process
• Knowledge of creating the structure of sales
• Knowledge of building sales pipeline and funnel
• Extensive experience in outbound sales
• Experience in B2B Sales (IT development projects)
• Proven experience in negotiation and deal closing
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive Team player, flexible, self-motivated, result-oriented

Would be a plus
• Technical background
• Experience of working at top 10 Ukrainian IT companies at the same or similar position

Responsibilities
• Identifying opportunities and handle objections
• Planning campaign
• Nurturing leads and build relationships
• Converting marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads
• Forming value propositions in close collaboration with Account Executive
