We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to join our team for a long term on our own product.

Duties and work process
A candidate shall participate in the research process, work on design sprints, create and maintain a design system, develop a scalability plan along with product owner. A candidate will also be a part of the team and will collaborate on the development process defining UI-kit and motion guidelines.

– An ability to clearly communicate on the tasks oraly and in text
– An ability to present and explain own designs and action
– Design research ability
– An ability to analyze product/market objectives and challenges that could affect the design.

Required Hard Skills:
– 2+ years UX and UI interface design (dashboards / mobile / webapps)
– Experience of work with design systems / complicated UI-kits
– Good prototyping abilities;
– Good knowledge Sketch, Figma;
– High attention to details
– Native Ukrainian / Russian speaker

Nice to have:
– Adobe After Effects experience
– Upper-Intermediate+ level in English.
