Head of Data and Analysis (offline)

This is not simply data aggregation, it is about creating a data-driven picture for the performance of various projects/brands as well as doing analysis. A crucial part of this role would be to build a data warehouse feeding from multiple sources for complex analysis for better decision making.
We are looking for a person who can lead the process and challenge other departments in their decision-making with providing data-driven options.

What do we expect?
β€” Minimum 2 years of business or operational analysis experience in a management level position;
β€” Demonstrated business analysis leadership and experience in large cross-functional projects;
β€” Extensive experience in SQL and a visualization platform (such as Tableau);
β€” Experience from a B2C industry (igaming industry preferable);
β€” Experience working with Marketing/Product departments, and experience in loyalty or customer analytics is a huge asset;
β€” Proven track record of building, developing, and growing a team;
β€” Knowledge and understanding of the online entertainment industry as an asset.

Knowledge And Skills:
β€” Ability to communicate abstract analytical findings or concepts in simple business language;
β€” Strong business acumen with exceptional numerical and analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to develop clear presentations;
β€” Experience in providing forecast scenarios under uncertain conditions;
β€” Profound knowledge in direct marketing, experimental design, customer analytics, segmentation and modeling;
β€” Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
β€” Ability to work collaboratively, define problems and identify solutions to resolve them in business and analytical settings;
β€” Ability to think through problems and quickly develop solutions β€” long-term approach to problem-solving;
β€” Strong organizational and time management skills;
β€” Experience in Big Data is an asset.
