IT Recruiter (offline)

Location: Kharkiv.
Type of employment: Full-Time.

Required skills:
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience (outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies);
- Strong communication skills;
- Deep understanding of development process, technologies, and methodologies;
- Run the full recruiting cycle;
- Search for candidates using various sources and tools;
- Provide analytics and statistics;
- Intermediate+ English Level.
