- Experience leading a project team
- Knowledge and experience in managing a project in an Agile environment
- Upper-intermediate/Advanced English (practical experience of written and oral communication with an English-speaking client)
- General knowledge of business analyses

- Strong communication and leadership skills

Обязанности:
- Manage the software development process
- Prioritize project tasks with a client and their distribution among team members
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates on the project progress to all stakeholders
- Perform change and risk management to minimize project risks
- Manage project resources and their allocation
- Work with the team: motivate, maintain morale, and resolve conflicts
- ​Review and check team time reports ensuring they are maintained according to company guidelines
- Manage project requirements with a client
