Senior Scrum Master (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Scrum Master hands-on experience
- Experience in managing and successfully implementing web products
- Understanding of software development life cycle and SM practices
- Experience in planning, work tracking, and other SM activities
- Full-scale project management (from strategy development to reporting)
- Experience with management of communication with international partners, customers
- Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Decision making
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level

As a Plus:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or CSM certifications
- Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
- The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices
- People management experience - mentoring technical team members

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Collaborate with business, product management, engineering, and other teams to define and own projects and features
- Route work between all responsible people in all stages of development
- Convey project changes and updates to appropriate team members
- Prepare regular status reports and distributes internally and externally if necessary
- Hold regular status meetings
- Ensure documents and digital assets are completed, updated, and stored appropriately
