Senior Ruby On Rails Developer (PayCertify) (offline)

REQUIREMENTS
At least 5-7 years in a Software Engineering role, preferably in fin-tech or in high-tech
Experience with Ruby on Rails (versions 5)
Experience and understanding of the UML modeling, including Class diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, etc.
Experience with the Agile Development: able to develop software solutions from User Stories in Jira, participate in sprint planning and code reviews
Advanced in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Drives/Docs/Sheets
High level of written and verbal communication skills (English)
BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering

WILL BE A PLUS
Knowledge of Fraud and Chargeback Mitigation API’s

RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the development team and product owners
Continuous learning
Ability to solve problems quickly and independently and then continuously improve the initial solution as more Requirements and data becomes available
Ability to create generic solutions to a set of partial requirements - foresee the future requirements/needs
Using design patterns and best practices to create reliable and maintainable code
