IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
— Upper-Intermediate level of English
— Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
— Experience in closing IT vacancies
— Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking)
— Excellent negotiating skills


Would be a plus:
— An existing network (your own) of specialists
— Technical background
— Understanding of different recruiting methodologies


Responsibilities:
— Search and attract candidates
— Prospect new candidates through internet research, job boards, and networking
— CVs screening and first contact with candidates
— Daily email/phone/Skype/LinkedIn communication with potential candidates
— Organization of pre-screenings
— Work with our CleverStaff ATS
