Junior IT Project Manager (offline)

MAGETIC AI is looking for an experienced Junior IT Project Manager. Our ideal candidate is self-organized, with excellent time management skills and able to multi-task and prioritize work.

Do you have previous experience in Project Management but have a desire move on in IT?

- You have previous experience in Project Management, want to work in IT company to become a professional IT Project manager who knows the best approach to lead a development team;
- You already feeling exiting about working with tracking systems and methodologies like Jira/Redmine/Agile etc.

Requirements

- Experience with project management tools and processes understanding;
- At least 2-years experience on a Project manager role;
- Experience in managing small/mid-size team at least 3 people;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- High level of responsibility and pro-activity;
-Personal confidence and strong troubleshooting attitude;
- Experience in requirements elicitation and prioritization;
- MS/BS degree;
- Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken).



Responsibilities

- Track project status and progress;
- Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals;
- Support and update Project office documents workflow;
- Preparation of minutes, following up on action points and collecting updates;
- Regular internal reporting;
- Project specification document creation;
- Take part in the estimation process;
- Marketing development;
- External parties negotiations;
- Break project into tasks, define priorities and distribute between team - members;
- Assist in holding daily meetings with the team
