Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience on the Project Manager position
• Strong understanding of and applied experience with Scrum development principles
• Technical background
• Experience in team recruitment, on-boarding, mentoring
• At least Upper-intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:
• Experience with integration of 3d party services

Responsibilities:
• Lead daily stand-ups, iteration planning sessions, and iteration retrospectives for several delivery teams;
• Lead and manage delivery resources;
• Track project health, anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers
• Manage projects and delivery of the company projects
• Communication with 3d party services providers
• Leadership and team development

How did it all start? It started with an honest desire to create a great delivery service, which would be #1 in Ukraine. In March 2018 in Dnipro city we had only three couriers and delivered 83 orders from 5 restaurants. Over the next 12 months we have delivered 9,000 orders. Now — we won’t even count, because this number is growing literally every day.
