Customer Success Representative (offline)

Required Skills and Traits:
β€’ Advanced level of English
β€’ Previous customer service experience
β€’ Must have a GO GETTER attitude and work well under pressure
β€’ Previous sales experience is a plus
β€’ Previous SAAS experience (working for SAAS product)
β€’ Ability to listen and identify complex problems
β€’ Previous logistics experience is a HUGE plus

Responsibilities:
β€’ Must learn extensive SAAS product and its functions
β€’ Daily conversations with users
β€’ Organize and collect feedback and hold proactive communication
β€’ Create FAQ, and How-To's organized by user type
β€’ Create training webinar outline
β€’ Proactively communicate about new releases and how each user is effective
β€’ Hold training webinars
