Danish Customer Support Agent (offline)

Responsibilities:
β€” Delivering a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction and handling of all general enquiries
β€” Create added value by identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
β€” Natural communicator through Email, Online Chats.

Requirements:
β€” You are awesome in Danish, both written and spoken
β€” English is a must
β€” You have experience(not must) and a passion for dealing with customers
β€” You thrive at multi-tasking
β€” Master new skills quickly
β€” A super positive attitude
β€” Expert coffee maker (tea making is also considered an asset) :)
