QA Trainee (offline)

Requirements:
— Good theoretical knowledge of software testing principles and practices
— Good theoretical knowledge of the overall software development process
— Excellent understanding of QA methodologies in Product Testing Life Cycle
— Good command of English language, both spoken and written (intermediate+ level)
— Proficiency in using the major operating systems OS (Mac, Windows, Linux)
— Good understanding of principles of how web and mobile applications work

Desirable (would be a plus):
— Jira (or any other task or test management system)
— HTML, CSS (you know how web pages are rendered)
— JavaScript (you can pinpoint issues related to JS execution)
— Databases - RDBMS or NoSQL (you can query data)

Personal Qualities:
— Teamwork and excellent communication skills
— Strong desire to grow and improve in the field of Quality Assurance
— Willingness to learn and the ability to keep up with QA trends
— Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
— Self-motivation and a good work ethic
