Project Manager (Ad Agency or IT), German-speaking (offline)

Essential skills:
- At least 2 years of Project Management or comparable experience;
- Excellent soft skills;
- Fluent in German;
- English proficiency (intermediate or above);
- Understanding of web development methodologies or different digital projects;
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills;
- Positive Go-Getter.

Additional Pluses:
- Graphic design experience;
- Video and image editing experience;
- Work experience abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Sketching customer concepts for digitization projects;
- Estimate time and resources needed for new projects;
- Create project plans using e.g. Gantt charts, Kanban Boards etc.;
- Managing projects by ensure delivery of subtask on time in a project;
- Communication with German-speaking customers on-site, via phone, email and chat;
- General administrative tasks.
