Required skills:
-3+ years of experience in IT sourcing/recruiting
-Understanding of the newest and most successful sourcing tools and strategies
-Experience in writing attractive and meaningful pitches/job descriptions etc.
-Ability to multitasking and attention to details
-Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for technical directions (like Java, Front End, DevOps, ...);
You will be working with 2 more recruiters and USS TOP management.
Tasks:
- Customer requirements collection or clarification;
- Vacancy description creation;
- Vacancy posting;
- Searching as many candidates as you can :) ;
- Interview candidates;
- Prepare candidates for customer interview;
- Prepare job offer;
- Provide all information about the candidate, needed for hiring.
