As one of their core services they provide “Pay As You Go” mobile SIM cards, targeted towards the needs of international communities and migrant workers.

To cope with rapidly growing business demands our client is launching its R&D center in Lviv, Ukraine, with us.

Role
The provision of services by our Client is run on a mix of owned and rented infrastructure across a number of countries. To assist the Cloud Operations Manager with technical leadership across complex large scale infrastructure deployment, implementation, issues & resolution.

Responsibilities
• Availability of Infrastructure
• Monitoring, reporting, graphing and alerting across all infrastructure services
• Ensure that Day to Day support and maintenance of these systems is managed within best practice guidelines which includes dealing with escalations as well as communications and stakeholder management.
• Assist with problem management to assist in increased response times, times to restore and availiability of systems.
• Working closely with 3rd party service providers to support external and internal hosted systems 
• Provide support towards DBA, Application Support and Business Intelligence teams.

Position requirements
Experience across the following areas - mandatory :
• Azure cloud platform:
o Governance in Azure: Management groups, Subscriptions, Policies, RBAC.
o Networking in Azure: Express route, Virtual networks, subnets, routing.
o Service Fabric clusters, Virtual Machines, Load Balances and Azure Application Gateway support, deployment, and troubleshooting.
o Storage accounts, Azure Web App, Azure SQL databases Support, deployment, and troubleshooting.
o ARM templates concepts.
o Azure Active Directory, Azure AD DS, Azure AD connect, Conditional access policies support.
o Understanding security principles in Azure. Secure access to Azure workloads.
o Understanding cost management in Azure. Ability to provide cost reports and propose cost optimization scenarios.

• Active directory and Windows based infrastructure
o Active directory in Multiple locations/sites.
o AD DNS, DHCP support.
o AD PKI.
o Group Policy.
o Network Policy server.
o File servers, DFS.
o Remote Desktop services.
o Windows Server 2008, 2012 (& R2), 2016, 2019.
o Internet information services.
o Failover clustering
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Azure DevOps cloud service, Terraform
• Powershell scripting
• Networking concepts - TCP/IP, Routing, Firewall, S2S VPN, Load Balancing, Client VPN.

Experience across the following areas – desirable:
• Amazon Web services
• Linux
• Hyper-V

General skills:
