Product Manager (offline)

Required skills

— От 3 лет опыта в продакт менеджменте (e-commerce, SAAS предпочтительно);
— Сильный аналитический бэкграунд — Amplitude/Mixpanel, GA, Tableau/MSTR, SQL — must;
— Опыт создания дашбордов, воронок, когортного анализа;
— Понимание продуктовых метрик на advanced уровне;
— Опыт формирования data-driven гипотез;
— Опыт работы с A/B тестами;
— Опыт написания PRD/FRD, users stories + AC/DOD;
— Опыт проектирования CJM, проведения качественных интервью;
— Upper — intermediate английский.

As a plus

— Предыдущий опыт работы Data Analyst, Product Analyst в крупных компаниях;
— Проектирование качественного UX.

Responsibilities

— Владение не фичами, а метриками — retention, reactivation, LTV;
— Работать с данными, находить инсайты, формировать продуктовые гипотезы;
— Писать качественные PRD, взаимодействовать с разработчиками;
— Репортинг напрямую CPO.

Founded in London in 2019, bioniq was created to make health monitoring accessible, personalised and actionable. Using data from 30,000 blood tests over an 8 year period, the bioniq system and algorithm were formulated.

bioniq’s premium launch product, bioniq LIFE, is currently available in London and other markets, whereby clients subscribe to a health monitoring program which includes an at-home blood test, results in a personalised dashboard, a nutritionist consultation and bespoke Swiss-made food supplements based on blood test analysis.

We are currently expanding our product lineup to cater to a variety of consumers focused on all income levels, expanding to new geographies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to take a step up in scope and responsibility with strong potential to progress as the company grows. The profile has to be someone efficient & hardworking, equally comfortable getting their hands dirty or thinking bigger picture.
