Game Designer (Suits) (offline)

"Suits" is a startup team inside Genesis R&D department working on a new game from scratch. We have very ambitious plans and are looking for Lead Game Designer to join our team.

We love our users and are willing to build a long-lasting game. As a Game Designer, you will have maximum freedom of action. You will significantly influence the product and grow with the team.

Your impact:
-- Participate in new game creation from scratch.
-- Develop a game economy and balance structure
-- Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, logic, performance, etc.
-- Close cooperation with the whole team in order to create a high-quality game
-- Proactively suggest new features and game mechanic

About you:
-- 3+ experience in the game-dev industry
-- 2-3 games developed from idea to lunch
-- Deep understanding of the entire game production pipeline and experienced working on a live mobile game
-- Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile games mechanics and economy
-- Understanding of game metrics: DAU, ARPPU, Retention.
-- Experience of work with analytic tools
-- Strong knowledge of the game economy and monetization principles of F2P games
-- Experience with level design
-- Deep passion for games and the entertainment industry
-- Proactively taking initiative to solve issues
-- Startup mindset

Nice to have:
-- Experience with Simulation games
-- Experience with social mechanics
